As a fun rewarding way to encourage participation in the Scripps Ranch Service Unit, Council Events, and your community, we are now going to pay you with Scripps Ranch GS Appreciation Buck’s.  See the list below for all the ways you can earn bucks.  What will these bucks buy?  At the “Leader and Volunteer Dinner” we will be having an auction.  We will be encouraging each Troop to donate an auction item.  It may be a gift basket, a gift card, dinner and a movie package, whatever you imagination can come up with.   You will then be able to bid on these items.  If there is an item you really want that is out of your price range, you may have to get creative and borrow or partner up with a friend to share it.  It is all about having fun!  

 

One Dollar, $1

1.   Attend Leader Meeting

2.   Attend a Team Meeting

3.   Random Meeting Participation

 

Five Dollar, $5

4.  Greeters at a Leader Meeting

5.   Turn in Nut Orders on Time

6.   Turn in Nut Money on Time

7.   Assist at a Kickoff Event

8.   Sign up for Snacks at a Leader Meeting

9.   Sign up for Snacks at a Team Meeting

10. Attend a Council Sponsored Event (you will need to inform us at the Leader Meetings)

11. Attend a Council Roundtable

12. Attend Council Training

13. Participate in Community Service (you will need to inform us at the Leader Meeting)

14. Update a “Hand-off” Binder with current year information

 

Ten Dollar, $10

15. Turn in Cookie Orders on Time

16. Turn in Cookie Money on Time

17. Turn in Financials by June 1st, before the Leader and Volunteer Dinner

18. Get Service Unit Paperwork in on time (i.e. encampment forms and payment)

19. Create a “Hand-off” Binder for your Team Position

20. Create a “hand-off” Binder for your New Event, Function, or Outing to pass off

21. Host a Service Unit Team Meeting

22. Register your Troop before June 1st

23. Invite a new Scout to join your Troop

24. Volunteer to be on a Service Unit Committee

25. Help at a Service Unit Event
